Some say it's the secret sauce to getting your arms around dealing with healthcare in today's changing world. Whether it's engagement with employees, managing utilization or tackling the rising costs, if you don't "got culture?" it's going to feel like a steep uphill climb.
OhioHealth's Annual Employer Meeting was held to help employers in central Ohio understand the connection of culture to employer healthcare issues. The event profiled real life examples of culture shifts that have had a positive impact on managing healthcare from three perspectives: employer, provider and patient.
